Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulating appropriate clinical diagnoses and creating personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific goals and needs of each client.
• Respond to acute mental health crises by implementing crisis intervention strategies and offering immediate support to clients in distress.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and social workers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
