Finance & Strategy Manager

You partner with business leaders to translate performance into actionable plans, building forecast models and strategic analyses. You will shape deals, inform capital decisions, and own driver-based forecasting for growth initiatives. This role combines rigorous financial modeling with cross-functional storytelling for senior leaders and the CFO. • Build and maintain integrated financial models, scenarios, and business cases for products, partnerships and investments
• Evaluate economics of new commercial agreements and help shape deal terms
• Support fundraising, M&A and capital allocation decisions with models and analysis
• Own monthly/quarterly forecasts and contribute to budget and long-range planning through driver-based inputs
• Lead reviews of actuals vs. plan, explain variances, and flag risks/opportunities
• Partner with leadership on market sizing, investment prioritization and cost optimization
• Prepare executive-, board- and investor-ready materials narrating the numbers
• Automate recurring reporting/analysis using SQL, BigQuery and AI tools

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategic finance or FP&A
• Advanced financial modeling skills (three-statement models, DCF, scenario/sensitivity analyses) and expert Excel/Google Sheets
• Solid understanding of accounting and how the three financial statements connect
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain finance concepts to non-finance partners and present to senior leaders
• Working knowledge of SQL or demonstrated ability to pick up technical tools quickly
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to automate repetitive work
• Strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and a builder mindset
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Math, Engineering or another quantitative discipline
