Senior Business Transformation Analyst

In this role you drive business analysis to translate needs into measurable requirements and actionable use cases. You collaborate with business partners and IT to guide cross-functional improvements and ensure alignment with strategic goals. You facilitate stakeholder consensus, support solution design, and oversee testing and change management to realize impactful results. • Understand current and future state of complex, cross-functional processes with stakeholders
• Capture needs via interviews, group discussions, and surveys to validate ideas
• Document detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Create process flow diagrams and clear use cases aligned to business goals
• Provide coaching and peer review to teammates and collaborate with QA and Systems Analysis
• Support solution design, testing, training, documentation, and change management
• Monitor solution performance and recommend optimization opportunities
• Provide L2/L3 process troubleshooting and functional testing as needed
• Perform on-site or hybrid duties and manage related planning tasks
