Marketing Manager

What the job looks like

• Plan and run regional marketing for a provider group, clinical research network or health tech company
• Drive patient or study-participant enrollment through paid search, paid social, email and local events
• Build referral-source and community outreach with the people on the ground
• Get materials through compliance and medical-legal review without losing a month
• Manage the campaign budget and report results to leadership
• Work with clinical operations on what the sites can actually handle

What I'm looking for

• 4+ years marketing in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research or health tech
• Proof you've worked inside compliance review (HIPAA, promotional review)
• Google Ads or Meta campaign experience, plus a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
• Willingness to visit sites and be in the office
• Based in the Triangle or ready to move

Nice to have

• Participant recruitment or physician liaison marketing
• Bilingual English and Spanish
