Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll, including wages, deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and employee personnel changes. Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Reconcile payroll each cycle and partner with Accounting on general ledger entries, reporting, and audits. Manage payroll-related onboarding, terminations, and employee maintenance within HRIS and payroll systems. Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and payroll tax reporting. Administer employee benefit programs and serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits-related questions. Qualifications 2 years of payroll processing experience. Experience with benefits administration, payroll taxes, garnishments, or multi-state payroll preferred. Strong Excel skills and proficiency with payroll and HRIS systems. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
