This position will be instrumental in providing top-notch occupational therapy services in our network of inpatient rehabilitation and home health settings. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing patient-specific treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with occupational therapists to adjust interventions as necessary, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care. Assist occupational therapists in the evaluation of patients' functional status and in the development of individualized treatment plans. Carry out specific interventions and therapeutic exercises under the supervision of an occupational therapist. Monitor and document patients' progress and response to therapy, communicating findings to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and family members about therapeutic techniques and goals, fostering patient engagement and continuity between therapy sessions. Maintain and prepare therapy equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and effective treatment environment. Comply with all regulatory and legal requirements, maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards.
