Transdev is hiring a Technician to support safe, reliable public transportation by maintaining and repairing buses and transit vehicles. In this role, you will inspect, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, perform preventive maintenance, and keep accurate service records. You will follow strict safety and regulatory standards while working closely with operations teams to minimize downtime. Inspect, diagnose, and repair buses and transit vehicles Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on fleet equipment Use diagnostic tools, manuals, and schematics to troubleshoot issues Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Collaborate with operations staff to minimize vehicle downtime Respond to urgent repair needs to keep service on schedule Participate in ongoing technical and safety training Diesel or gasoline engine repair Vehicle electrical systems diagnostics Hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance Use of diagnostic scan tools and software Reading technical manuals and schematics Preventive maintenance scheduling Brake and suspension repair HVAC systems service on vehicles Work order and maintenance documentation Safety and regulatory compliance in transportation ASE certifications in medium/heavy truck or transit bus (preferred) EPA refrigerant handling certification for HVAC (preferred) Commercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain (preferred) OSHA or equivalent safety training (preferred)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
