Join Encompass Health as a Therapy Team Leader in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will coordinate and lead an interdisciplinary therapy team, ensuring high-quality, patient‑centered rehab care. Responsibilities include overseeing individualized treatment plans, mentoring therapists, managing caseloads and schedules, collaborating with nursing and physicians, and monitoring outcomes and documentation. Lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary therapy team in an inpatient rehab setting Oversee development and execution of individualized therapy treatment plans Mentor, coach, and support therapists and assistants to ensure clinical excellence Collaborate closely with nursing, physicians, and case management on patient goals Manage caseloads, staffing, and scheduling to optimize patient access and productivity Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with policy and regulation Monitor clinical outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives Support a nurturing, patient-centered culture aligned with Encompass Health values Inpatient rehabilitation therapy Interdisciplinary care coordination Treatment planning and progression Clinical supervision and mentoring Documentation and EMR proficiency Outcome measurement and reporting Patient and family education Time and caseload management Regulatory and compliance knowledge Conflict resolution and team leadership Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State licensure in PT, OT, or SLP BLS/CPR certification Previous leadership or charge experience preferred ACLS preferred Certification in Neurologic or Geriatric Rehab (nice to have)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
