Intercare Therapy seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead ABA programs for children and young adults with autism. In this role, you will conduct assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent and caregiver training. You will collaborate with schools and healthcare providers, ensure high-quality, evidence-based care, and support staff development through mentoring and clinical oversight. Conduct functional behavior assessments and clinical evaluations for children and young adults with autism. Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data. Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to behavior technicians/RBTs. Monitor treatment integrity, analyze client progress data, and adjust interventions as needed. Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and family involvement. Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Ensure documentation, reports, and treatment notes are accurate, timely, and compliant with standards. Support clinical training initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of ABA service quality.
