Ombudsman Educational Services, a ChanceLight Education brand, seeks a Teacher, Alternative Education to support middle and high school students who have dropped out, are at risk, or need a nontraditional setting. You will deliver standards-aligned, credit-bearing instruction in a small, structured classroom, using personalized learning plans to help students re-engage and stay on track for graduation. Responsibilities include adapting curriculum, implementing IEPs, using data to monitor progress, and applying positive behavior supports. You will collaborate closely with school districts, families, and support staff to create a safe, student-centered environment. This role offers opportunities to grow skills in special education, behavior support, and student advocacy while advancing a mission-driven focus on student success.
