Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks an Education Coordinator to support specialized education and therapeutic services for students with autism and other special needs. This role leads program coordination, supports IEP and behavior plan implementation, and coaches staff in evidence-based practices. The coordinator collaborates with families, districts, and multidisciplinary teams, monitors data-driven progress, and supports professional development to ensure safe, inclusive, and effective learning environments aligned with our mission-driven, student-centered culture. Coordinate and oversee specialized education programs for students with autism and other special needs Support development and implementation of IEPs and behavior support plans Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and district partners to align services Coach and support classroom staff in evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies Monitor student progress and use data to adjust interventions Facilitate family communication and involvement in student plans Ensure compliance with education regulations and organizational policies Organize staff trainings and support professional development initiatives Special education program coordination Individualized Education Program (IEP) implementation Behavior intervention and support strategies Data collection and progress monitoring Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Applied behavior analysis concepts Special education compliance and documentation Staff coaching and training Classroom management for diverse learners Family and district stakeholder communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid teaching credential in Special Education (state-specific) preferred BCBA or BCaBA certification a plus CPI or other crisis intervention training preferred Autism-specific training or certification beneficial5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386 read more
