Per Mar Security Services is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support our customers across the Midwest. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and emails, resolve account and service questions, and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance about our security solutions. You will update customer records, coordinate with monitoring and field teams, and follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and safety.
