Gallagher is seeking a Claims Supervisor, Complex General Liability to lead a team handling high-exposure and litigated liability claims. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end claim investigations, coverage analysis, and negotiated resolutions for complex general liability matters. You will review reserves, authorize settlements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, carrier guidelines, and internal standards. Partner closely with clients, brokers, and defense counsel to drive effective outcomes. Lead and mentor a team handling complex general liability claims Oversee end-to-end claim investigations and fact gathering Perform detailed coverage analysis on high-exposure and litigated claims Set and monitor reserves, authorizing settlements within authority limits Collaborate with clients, brokers, carriers, and defense counsel on strategy Ensure compliance with regulations, carrier guidelines, and internal policies Monitor claim quality, timeliness, and documentation standards Provide reporting and insights on claim trends and outcomes to leadership Support client retention through responsive, consultative claim service Contribute to process improvements and best practices in claims handling Complex general liability claims handling Coverage analysis Litigation management Negotiation and settlement Claims reserving Regulatory and compliance knowledge Insurance policy interpretation Data and claim trend analysis Team leadership and coaching Claims management systems (e.g., Guidewire, similar) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Adjuster License (state-specific, as required) CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) preferred AIC (Associate in Claims) preferred Supervisory or leadership training in claims management5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
