As Chief Engineer at ABM Industries, you will lead all building engineering operations for complex facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems. You will plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage contractors, control budgets, and respond to emergencies. Partnering closely with clients and ABM leaders, you will uphold strict safety standards, mentor technicians, drive energy efficiency initiatives, and support ABM’s culture of inclusion, teamwork, and continuous improvement across diverse environments.
