MCL Talent Partners is seeking a Client Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with corporate clients in professional, scientific, and technical services. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact, consult with clients on hiring needs, scope requisitions, and coordinate closely with recruiters to deliver high-quality talent. You will manage intake meetings, set expectations, track search progress, present candidates, and gather feedback. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, skilled in communication and negotiation, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Consult with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements Lead intake and scoping meetings for new requisitions Partner with recruiters to develop and execute search strategies Present qualified candidates and coordinate interview logistics Gather and relay client and candidate feedback to refine searches Monitor search progress and communicate timelines and status updates Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS and track key metrics Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention Account management Client relationship management Recruiting lifecycle knowledge Needs assessment and scoping Salesforce or similar CRM ATS software (e.g., Bullhorn, Lever, Greenhouse) Contract and rate negotiation Data and metrics tracking Presentation and communication Time management and organization Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, HR, or related field Account management or client services experience in professional services Familiarity with recruiting or staffing industry practices Proficiency with CRM or ATS platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
