Kellanova is seeking a Senior Maintenance and Reliability Manager to drive asset performance at a high-volume manufacturing facility. You will lead maintenance strategy, preventive and predictive programs, and reliability initiatives to maximize uptime and efficiency. Partnering with operations, engineering, and EHS, you’ll manage a skilled maintenance team, oversee budgets and spare parts, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. In Kellanova’s inclusive, performance-driven culture, you’ll champion continuous improvement, support capital projects, and shape the reliability roadmap for iconic global brands. Lead maintenance and reliability strategy for a major manufacturing site to maximize equipment uptime and throughput Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs across production lines and utilities Analyze asset performance data and implement reliability improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Oversee maintenance budgeting, parts inventory, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and availability Manage, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary maintenance team with a strong safety and continuous improvement focus Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while supporting audits and inspections Partner with operations, engineering, and EHS to support capital projects, commissioning, and line optimization Drive standardization of maintenance processes, KPIs, and reliability best practices across the facility Maintenance management Reliability engineering Preventive and predictive maintenance Root cause analysis (RCA) CMMS/EAM systems Mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting Maintenance planning and scheduling Asset performance and OEE analysis Budgeting and cost control Safety and regulatory compliance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) Professional Engineer (PE) license Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
