CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations in our outpatient rehabilitation clinic. In this healthcare leadership role, you’ll oversee clinical and administrative staff, ensure exceptional patient experiences, manage schedules and workflows, and support evidence-based care in physical, occupational, and speech therapy. You will monitor clinic performance, quality, and compliance, manage budgets and metrics, and drive growth within the community. Oversee daily operations of the outpatient rehabilitation clinic Lead, mentor, and schedule clinical and administrative staff Ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care and service standards Monitor and manage clinic performance, productivity, and key metrics Oversee budgeting, billing coordination, and basic financial performance Ensure regulatory, safety, and documentation compliance Drive patient access, referral development, and community outreach Optimize clinic workflows, scheduling, and resource utilization Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback Foster a collaborative, patient-first, team-oriented culture Clinic operations management Staff supervision and leadership Outpatient rehabilitation workflows Electronic medical records (EMR) systems Scheduling and resource planning Healthcare regulatory and compliance knowledge (HIPAA, OSHA) Budgeting and basic financial management Patient experience and service recovery Data analysis and performance metrics Interdisciplinary team collaboration and communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) preferred Current state PT/OT/SLP license a plus CPR/BLS certification Healthcare management or leadership training (e.g., CMOM, PCMH, or similar) preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
