As Director of Premium at Florida State University for Aramark, you will lead all premium hospitality operations for clubs, suites, and VIP experiences on campus. You’ll oversee food and beverage service, guest experience, event execution, and financial performance, ensuring best-in-class service for fans, alumni, and special guests. Responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasting, and inventory; leading and developing a diverse team; partnering with university and athletics stakeholders; ensuring compliance with safety, health, and alcohol regulations; and driving innovation in menus, service models, and premium offerings to enhance satisfaction and revenue growth.
