Cargill, a global leader in food and agriculture, seeks a Quality Control Technician to support its manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform routine inspections, sampling, and laboratory tests to verify product quality and adherence to food safety and regulatory standards. You will document results, maintain accurate records, and escalate non-conformances. Partnering with production teams, you’ll help identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement. Perform routine inspections, sampling, and quality tests on raw materials and finished products Verify compliance with food safety, regulatory, and internal quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO) Accurately document test results and maintain quality records and logs Identify and report non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions with production teams Calibrate and maintain laboratory and testing equipment Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with operations to promote a strong food safety and quality culture Quality control testing Food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) Sampling and inspection Data entry and documentation Root cause analysis Statistical process control (SPC) Laboratory equipment operation ISO/FSMA compliance knowledge Report writing Cross-functional communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k HACCP certification (preferred) SQF or BRC training (preferred) GMP training ISO 9001 familiarity5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
