First National Bank Texas seeks a Bilingual Digital Experience Specialist to enhance our Spanish and English online and mobile banking channels. In this role, you’ll manage website and app content, ensure clear and compliant customer messaging, and support digital self-service tools. You’ll analyze user behavior, identify pain points, and partner with marketing, IT, and branch teams to improve usability, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Manage and optimize content across Spanish and English digital banking channels Monitor and analyze user behavior, traffic, and conversion data to improve performance Identify usability issues and recommend UX/UI enhancements for web and mobile Collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations to execute digital initiatives and campaigns Ensure all digital content is accurate, compliant, and customer-friendly Support digital self-service adoption through clear guides, FAQs, and messaging Respond to internal partner feedback and help resolve digital customer issues Develop and maintain customer journeys and use cases for key digital services Participate in testing and rollout of new digital features and enhancements Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation of digital experience standards Bilingual Spanish/English Digital banking platforms UX/UI best practices Web and mobile analytics Content management systems Customer journey mapping A/B testing and optimization Data analysis and reporting Customer support tools/CRMs Basic HTML/CSS familiarity Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Spanish/English bilingual proficiency Certification in Digital Marketing or CX (preferred) Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Familiarity with banking or financial services regulations (preferred)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
