TreeHouse Foods seeks a QA Lead for 2nd shift in our manufacturing facility. You will oversee plant-floor quality activities, ensure adherence to food safety programs, and verify compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and customer specifications. Responsibilities include supervising inspections and testing, leading root cause investigations, driving corrective actions, and maintaining documentation for regulatory and third-party audits. You’ll partner closely with Production and Maintenance to support continuous improvement, reduce defects, and promote a strong safety and quality culture on 2nd shift. Lead 2nd shift QA activities on the plant floor to ensure safe, compliant food production. Execute and monitor HACCP, GMPs, and other food safety and quality programs. Supervise inspections, sampling, and product testing against specifications. Investigate nonconformances and customer complaints using root cause analysis. Develop and track corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects and rework. Maintain accurate quality and regulatory documentation for audits. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation to drive continuous improvement. Train and coach 2nd shift team members on quality standards and best practices. Support internal and third-party audits, including SQF/BRC and customer audits. Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and integrity across the shift.
