The Senior SAP Treasury IT Product Manager leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Treasury solutions supporting global finance operations. Working closely with Treasury and Finance leaders, this role translates business strategy into scalable technology, owns the product lifecycle, and drives optimization, automation, and innovation. The position guides solution architecture, manages cross-functional delivery teams and partners, and supports globally distributed stakeholders in a hybrid work setting with regular travel. Own and maintain the SAP Treasury technology vision, strategy, and product roadmap aligned to enterprise goals. Design, build, and enhance SAP S/4HANA Treasury solutions including cash, liquidity, TRM, and BCM capabilities. Partner with Treasury and Finance leaders to translate business strategy into technology investments and product features. Provide solution architecture leadership and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration standards. Lead and coordinate cross-functional and vendor delivery teams using Agile practices to deliver product increments. Define and track product KPIs, value realization, and adoption, driving continuous improvement and modernization. Communicate priorities, roadmaps, and risks to global stakeholders and manage governance across business and IT. Coach and mentor Treasury IT team members, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
