Life Care Centers is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Services to support daily rehab operations in a senior living setting. This role assists in supervising therapy staff, coordinating PT, OT, and speech services, and ensuring high-quality, patient-first care. You will help manage treatment schedules, monitor documentation and outcomes, and support compliance with regulatory and company standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, mentor clinicians, and contribute to program development. Assist in overseeing daily rehabilitation department operations Support supervision and scheduling of therapy staff Coordinate PT, OT, and speech therapy services for residents Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness Help ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams on treatment plans Track therapy outcomes and contribute to quality improvement Participate in staff training, mentoring, and performance feedback Assist with departmental budgeting and resource allocation Promote a patient-first, compassionate care culture Rehabilitation services coordination Staff scheduling and supervision support Physical therapy treatment knowledge Clinical documentation and EHR proficiency Knowledge of Medicare and payer regulations Interdisciplinary care planning Quality improvement and outcomes tracking Time management and organizational skills Patient and family communication Basic budgeting and resource management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license CPR/BLS certification Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred Knowledge of Medicare and healthcare reimbursement guidelines Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386 read more
