ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Substitute Teacher for a long-term classroom assignment serving children and young adults with behavioral and learning challenges. Deliver instruction aligned with lesson plans and student learning needs, maintain a safe and supportive classroom, and adapt activities to support diverse learners. Monitor student progress, document relevant observations, and use appropriate classroom and behavior-support strategies.
