ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy & Education seeks a compassionate Long-Term Substitute Teacher to support students with behavioral and learning challenges. Provide engaging instruction, adapt lessons to individual needs, and maintain a safe, structured classroom. Follow student learning and behavior plans, monitor progress, and document observations. Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote academic, social, and life skills. Use evidence-based practices and culturally responsive approaches while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
