Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) seeks a Janitorial Crew Lead to oversee cleaning operations at client facilities. This role leads a team performing sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and common-area cleaning to KBS standards. The Crew Lead assigns tasks, trains team members, conducts inspections, and ensures safe use of equipment and chemicals. You’ll coordinate with site management, maintain supplies, document issues, and support a safety-first, service-focused culture while keeping facilities clean and secure for customers and employees. Lead and supervise janitorial crew on assigned client site(s) Assign daily cleaning tasks and verify completion to quality standards Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation Conduct routine inspections and address deficiencies promptly Train new team members on safety, equipment use, and cleaning procedures Ensure compliance with company safety, PPE, and chemical handling policies Communicate with site management and KBS supervisors on work orders and priorities Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report equipment needs Document incidents, maintenance issues, and completion of scheduled tasks Support a safety-first, service-oriented culture focused on reliability and teamwork Commercial cleaning procedures Floor care (sweeping, mopping, buffing) Restroom sanitation standards Cleaning chemicals and SDS compliance Operation of janitorial equipment (auto-scrubbers, vacuums) Safety and PPE protocols Crew supervision and shift leadership Task scheduling and time management Quality inspection and auditing Incident and issue reporting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA-based janitorial safety training (preferred) Bloodborne Pathogens certification (preferred) Hazard Communication/Right-to-Know training Experience with commercial cleaning equipment use and care5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
