Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Civil PE Project Manager for a professional services client. In this role, you’ll lead civil engineering projects from planning through construction, managing design, permitting, budgets, and schedules. You’ll mentor junior engineers, coordinate with municipalities and stakeholders, and ensure code and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a licensed PE with strong site design experience, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction Perform and oversee civil site design, grading, drainage, and utilities Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards Coordinate permitting and approvals with agencies and municipalities Prepare technical reports, plans, and project documentation Serve as primary client contact and support business development efforts Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff Collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams Civil engineering design Project management AutoCAD/Civil 3D Site development and infrastructure planning Permitting and regulatory compliance Budgeting and scheduling Proposal writing and estimating Client relationship management Technical report writing Team leadership Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering PMP or project management certification (preferred) AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
