KinderCare is seeking a Lead Teacher for Northview Elementary to create a safe, engaging classroom where every child can thrive. You will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, manage classroom routines, and foster social, emotional, and academic growth. Partner closely with families, maintain accurate documentation of children’s progress, and ensure all policies and safety standards are met. In KinderCare’s collaborative, inclusive culture, you’ll receive ongoing training and opportunities to grow your career in early childhood and elementary education. Lead daily classroom instruction and activities aligned with KinderCare’s curriculum and standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all students. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and assessments. Monitor and document children’s progress and communicate regularly with families. Collaborate with staff to support school-wide programs and enrichment activities. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements. Mentor assistant teachers and support staff within the classroom. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
