KinderCare seeks a Site Director to lead our program at Marshall Elementary. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children. You will supervise and develop staff, manage schedules, and uphold state licensing and safety standards. The Site Director partners with families, supports curriculum implementation, tracks enrollment and budgets, and builds strong school relationships.
