City Year AmeriCorps Members serve full-time in public schools to help students succeed. As part of a diverse team, you’ll provide in-class and small-group academic support, mentor students, and promote positive school culture. Working closely with teachers, you’ll track progress, reinforce key skills, and encourage social-emotional growth. City Year offers training, coaching, and leadership development in an inclusive, mission-driven environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, social justice, and making a direct impact in students’ lives.
