KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Grant Wood Elementary to lead daily operations of our early childhood program. You will oversee staff, ensure licensing and safety compliance, nurture strong family relationships, and maintain high-quality educational standards. The Site Director manages enrollment, budgeting, and scheduling while coaching teachers and fostering a positive, inclusive culture. This role is ideal for a passionate early childhood education leader committed to creating a safe, engaging learning environment where children and staff can grow and thrive. Oversee daily operations of the KinderCare site at Grant Wood Elementary, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Supervise, coach, and schedule staff to maintain high-quality care and educational standards. Ensure compliance with state licensing, school district policies, and health and safety regulations. Manage enrollment, family communication, and retention through strong relationships and responsive service. Monitor and manage site budget, resources, and supplies to support program goals. Implement and support age-appropriate curriculum aligned with KinderCare standards. Track and report on program quality, child outcomes, and operational performance. Partner with school leadership and community stakeholders to coordinate services and events.
