City Year AmeriCorps Members serve full-time in schools to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. As part of a diverse team, you’ll provide in-class support, small-group tutoring, and one-on-one mentoring to help students stay on track to graduate. You’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and assist with school-wide initiatives and family engagement. Build positive relationships and mentor students to support social-emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to identify student needs and progress. Engage in school-wide events and family or community outreach activities. Work full-time on a diverse service team to advance educational equity.
