Year Up United seeks a Sales Fundamentals Training Program Instructor to deliver a structured, entry-level sales curriculum to young adults pursuing careers in sales and customer-facing roles. In this Educational Services role, you will design and facilitate interactive lessons on prospecting, pipeline management, CRM use, and professional communication while modeling inclusive, equity-centered practices. You will assess learner progress, provide coaching and feedback, and collaborate with staff and employer partners to align training with workforce needs and support graduates’ transition into meaningful careers. Design and deliver interactive sales fundamentals training aligned to program outcomes Facilitate lessons on prospecting, CRM use, pipeline management, and customer communication Evaluate learner performance through assessments, projects, and presentations Provide coaching, feedback, and professional skills guidance to participants Collaborate with staff and employer partners to align curriculum with workforce needs Track and report learner progress and outcomes using program data systems Create an inclusive, equity-centered learning environment for diverse young adults Continuously refine content based on feedback, labor market trends, and data insights Sales fundamentals Prospecting & lead generation Customer relationship management (CRM) Sales presentations Pipeline management Instructional design basics Facilitation and coaching Data tracking and reporting Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Professional communication Sales training certification (e.g., CPSP, Sales Enablement Certification) preferred Adult learning or training certification a plus (e.g., APTD)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
