City Year AmeriCorps Members serve full-time in partner public schools, helping students build the academic and social-emotional skills needed for success. As part of a diverse team, you’ll provide in-class support, small-group tutoring, and mentoring, while helping to run after-school programs and school-wide initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and school staff, track student progress, and model inclusive, equity-focused values. City Year offers robust training, coaching, and leadership development to support your growth in education, community service, and future careers.
