City Year seeks an Academic Tutor & Mentor to support students’ academic and social-emotional success in partner schools. In this full-time role, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, reinforce classroom lessons, and help promote strong attendance and engagement. As part of a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers, track student progress, and build meaningful relationships that foster confidence and growth. City Year offers training, professional development, and a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on equity, leadership, and student achievement.
