KinderCare at Parklane Elementary seeks a Site Director to lead center operations and inspire a culture of safe, engaging learning. You will manage staff, oversee curriculum, ensure licensing and safety compliance, and build strong partnerships with families and the school community. In this role, you’ll guide program quality, monitor child development, manage enrollment and budgets, and promote an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports both children’s growth and staff development, with opportunities for career advancement. Lead daily operations of Parklane Elementary KinderCare site, ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment Supervise, coach, and schedule teachers and staff to maintain high-quality instruction and care Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and center events Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations and KinderCare policies Manage center budget, enrollment, and resource allocation to meet performance goals Oversee curriculum implementation and age-appropriate learning activities Recruit, onboard, and develop staff through training and performance feedback Monitor child development and learning outcomes, partnering with families on progress Promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, and continuous improvement Represent KinderCare in the local community and support marketing/enrollment initiatives Center operations management Early childhood education program administration Staff supervision and coaching Budgeting and enrollment management Family and stakeholder communication Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations Health and safety compliance Curriculum implementation for early learners Conflict resolution and problem solving Scheduling and workforce planning State director or administrator qualification for childcare/after-school programs (as required by state) CPR and First Aid certification Food handler or safety certification (as required) Background check eligibility for working with children Preferred: Child Development Associate (CDA) or similar credential5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
