KinderCare is seeking a Senior Teacher for its Robbinsville learning center. In this role, you will nurture children’s growth through engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences and help maintain a safe, welcoming classroom. Plan and deliver activities that support developmental milestones, observe and document children’s progress, and use positive guidance to encourage curiosity and cooperation. Build trusting relationships with families and collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive learning environment. Bring a caring, dependable approach and a commitment to continuous growth as you help every child reach their potential. Previous early childhood teaching or childcare experience is preferred. Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities that support children's development. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Use positive guidance to encourage curiosity, cooperation, and appropriate behavior. Communicate with families about children's experiences and progress. Collaborate with colleagues to support consistent, high-quality care and learning.
