Andy Frain Services seeks a professional Security Officer to protect guests, staff, and property in high-energy entertainment and sports venues. In this role, you will manage access control, conduct bag checks, and monitor crowds to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. You will perform patrols, observe and report suspicious activity, respond to incidents and emergencies, and enforce venue policies with strong customer service and de-escalation skills. Working closely with venue management and public safety partners, you will help maintain order, support large-scale events, and uphold a culture of safety and respect for all attendees. Monitor venue entrances, exits, and restricted areas to ensure only authorized access Conduct bag checks, screenings, and credential verification for guests and staff Perform regular foot patrols to identify safety, security, or maintenance issues Respond to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances using de-escalation techniques Document incidents and prepare clear, accurate written reports Provide customer service, directions, and assistance to guests and staff Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and venue management when needed Follow all company, venue, and league security policies and procedures Access control CCTV monitoring Incident reporting Crowd management Emergency response Radio communication Conflict de-escalation Patrol techniques Report writing Customer service Bag and credential checks Two-way radio operation Basic computer literacy Policy and procedure enforcement Observation and surveillance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State security guard license (where applicable) CPR/First Aid certification Basic incident report writing training Crowd management training De-escalation and conflict resolution training Background check and drug screening eligibility5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
