Andy Frain Services seeks a Security Officer to protect guests, staff, and assets at entertainment and sports venues. In this on-site role, you will manage access control, monitor crowds, perform patrols, and respond to incidents while delivering professional, guest-focused service. Responsibilities include enforcing venue policies, completing detailed reports, coordinating with law enforcement and event staff, and supporting emergency procedures. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to ensure only authorized access at entertainment and sports venues. Conduct foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards, reporting and documenting incidents promptly. Support crowd management, guiding guests, enforcing venue policies, and assisting during evacuations or emergencies. Operate communication equipment, follow post orders, and collaborate with law enforcement or venue staff as needed. Deliver professional, customer-focused service that aligns with Andy Frain Services’ standards and client expectations.
