Andy Frain Services seeks a professional Security Officer to support Entertainment & Sports clients within our Security & Law Enforcement department. In this on-site role, you will provide venue access control, crowd management, patrols, and incident response while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, enforcing policies, writing clear reports, and coordinating with venue staff and public safety partners. Andy Frain Services fosters a collaborative, inclusive culture with opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and exposure to dynamic, high-energy event environments. Provide visible security presence at entertainment and sports venues to ensure a safe environment for guests, staff, and performers. Control access at gates, doors, and restricted areas; verify credentials, tickets, and IDs, and conduct bag and safety screenings. Monitor crowds, identify potential risks, and de-escalate conflicts using approved techniques and strong communication skills. Conduct foot patrols of assigned areas, checking for safety hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations. Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; coordinate with law enforcement, medical teams, and venue management as needed. Operate communication equipment (radios, phones, incident software) to relay accurate, timely information. Complete clear, detailed incident and activity reports in accordance with company and client standards. Follow post orders, venue rules, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and protect company and client interests. Provide professional customer service, offering directions, information, and assistance to guests and staff. Participate in ongoing training, drills, and performance feedback to maintain readiness and support career growth.
