Johnson Controls is seeking an Electronic Security Sales Account Executive to drive growth for our smart, safe building solutions. In this role, you will prospect and develop new commercial and institutional accounts, manage and grow existing relationships, and sell integrated electronic security systems including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion solutions. You will collaborate with engineering and project teams to design tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals while meeting sales targets. Prospect, qualify, and secure new electronic security customers in assigned territory Manage and grow relationships with existing commercial and institutional accounts Conduct needs assessments and site visits to design integrated security solutions Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop proposals and system designs Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account data in CRM systems Coordinate with project and service teams to ensure successful installation and customer satisfaction Stay current on Johnson Controls’ security portfolio, competitor offerings, and industry trends Represent Johnson Controls’ values of safety, integrity, and customer focus in all interactions B2B sales Electronic security systems Access control systems Video surveillance/CCTV Intrusion detection systems Solution selling/consultative selling CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) Proposal development and pricing Territory/account management Contract negotiation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license NICET certification in electronic security (preferred) Manufacturer-specific security system training (preferred) Sales training/certification (preferred)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
