AAA- Auto Club Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Agent to join our Finance & Insurance team. In this role, you will sell insurance and financial products to members and prospects, using needs-based consultations to recommend tailored solutions that protect their vehicles, homes, and lifestyles. You will manage a dynamic sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and provide ongoing support to ensure member satisfaction and retention. Working within a collaborative, member-focused culture, you’ll receive training, tools, and growth opportunities while meeting sales, quality, and compliance targets. Prospect, qualify, and close sales of insurance and financial products to members and new customers Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage and services Manage and grow a personal sales pipeline using CRM tools and follow-up strategies Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales, quality, and compliance targets Provide exceptional post-sale service and support to retain and deepen member relationships Collaborate with branch and call center teams to maximize member experience Stay current on product features, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews Insurance product knowledge (auto, home, life, or related) Sales prospecting and lead conversion CRM and sales pipeline management Needs-based selling and consultative techniques Basic financial and coverage analysis Customer relationship management Regulatory and compliance awareness in insurance/finance Effective verbal and written communication Negotiation and closing skills Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State insurance producer license (e.g., Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health), or ability to obtain Sales training or certification in consultative selling preferred Background check and licensing eligibility as required by state regulations5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
