As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a public school, providing in-class and small-group academic support in core subjects while fostering students’ social-emotional growth. You will collaborate with teachers to reinforce lessons, track student progress, and help create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment. In City Year’s diverse AmeriCorps teams, you’ll receive training, coaching, and professional development while making a direct impact on student success and advancing educational equity.
