As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner school, providing individualized and small-group tutoring in core subjects, supporting classrooms, and helping students build essential academic and social-emotional skills. You will track progress, collaborate with teachers, and lead activities that boost engagement and attendance.
