As Environmental Services Director at Aramark, you will lead on-site EVS operations within our accommodation and food services portfolio, ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming facilities for clients and guests. You’ll oversee staffing, training, and scheduling, manage budgets and supplies, and drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Partnering closely with client leadership, you will monitor service quality, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and respect aligned with Aramark’s commitment to service excellence and community impact. Oversee daily environmental services operations to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities. Lead, train, and schedule EVS staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence. Develop and manage department budgets, inventories, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and client standards. Implement and monitor quality assurance, inspections, and performance metrics. Collaborate with client leadership to address service needs and continuous improvement opportunities. Develop and enforce cleaning protocols, infection prevention practices, and safety procedures. Drive staff engagement, coaching, and performance management to achieve operational goals.
