Join MedStar Health’s hospital-based anesthesia float team, providing care across the hospital organization in a varied practice model combining medical direction and solo cases. The role includes a high-acuity case mix, regional anesthesia, and a rotating call schedule. Provide anesthesia care for patients across the hospital organization. Perform solo anesthesia cases and participate in medical direction. Manage patients with a high-acuity case mix. Provide regional anesthesia. Participate in the rotating call schedule, including weeknights and weekend days.
