ABM Industries is seeking a Front Half Night Janitorial Supervisor to lead a team providing safe, clean, and efficient facilities. Working evening and overnight front-half week shifts, you will supervise janitorial staff, coordinate work assignments, inspect work quality, and ensure compliance with safety and cleaning standards. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, managing supplies and equipment, responding to client requests, and completing shift reports. You will model ABM’s culture of safety, respect, inclusion, and service while supporting continuous improvement and helping team members grow in their roles. Supervise evening and overnight janitorial staff and daily operations Assign tasks, set priorities, and adjust workloads as needed Inspect facilities to ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards Train, coach, and mentor team members on procedures and safety Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment usage Respond to client requests and resolve service issues promptly Enforce company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Complete shift reports and communicate with management Support continuous improvement of cleaning processes Team supervision Commercial cleaning procedures Quality control inspections Safety and OSHA compliance Scheduling and task assignment Inventory and supply management Customer service Incident and shift reporting Time management Training and coaching Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training preferred Prior supervisory or lead experience in janitorial or facility services Knowledge of commercial cleaning products, equipment, and procedures Ability to pass background check and meet client site requirements5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
