Jobot seeks a Capital Markets Associate Attorney to support sophisticated securities and corporate finance matters for diverse clients. In this role, you will draft and negotiate documentation for equity and debt offerings, private placements, and related capital markets transactions. You’ll prepare and review SEC and other regulatory filings, conduct legal research and due diligence, and advise on disclosure and compliance. Working in a collaborative, tech-forward culture, you’ll partner closely with senior attorneys and clients, gaining exposure to complex deals, strong training, and clear growth opportunities. Draft and negotiate documents for equity and debt offerings, private placements, and related capital markets transactions. Prepare and review SEC and other regulatory filings, disclosures, and corporate governance materials. Conduct legal research and due diligence on issuers, securities, and transaction structures. Advise clients on securities law compliance, corporate finance, and disclosure obligations. Collaborate with partners, clients, and deal teams to manage timelines and ensure smooth transaction execution. Support M&A and other corporate transactions as needed, including financing components.
