Jobot is seeking an Associate Attorney to support professional, scientific, and technical services clients in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. In this role, you will conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and memos, manage discovery, and assist with hearings, negotiations, and client meetings. You’ll use modern legal and workflow tools to drive efficiency and quality, while collaborating closely with senior attorneys and cross-functional colleagues. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and contracts for professional, scientific, and technical services clients. Support all phases of litigation and transactional matters, including discovery, document review, and preparation for hearings or negotiations. Manage day-to-day case activities, deadlines, and court filings using modern legal and workflow tools. Participate in client meetings, gather facts, assess risk, and help develop practical legal strategies. Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and cross-functional team members in a transparent, high-performance culture. Leverage technology-enabled tools and data to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client service.
