Jobot is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support our legal clients within the Professional, Scientific & Technical Services space. In this role, you will assist attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, handling drafting, proofreading, and formatting of pleadings, motions, and correspondence, as well as state and federal court e-filings. You will coordinate discovery, organize case files, manage calendars and deadlines, and communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Working in Jobot’s collaborative, tech-forward environment, you’ll leverage modern tools and case management systems while contributing to high-quality, timely legal support for complex matters. Support litigation attorneys with preparation and formatting of pleadings, motions, and correspondence Coordinate and manage discovery, including document collection, production, and tracking deadlines Handle state and federal court e-filings and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures Maintain case files, databases, and document management systems with high accuracy Manage attorney calendars, hearings, deadlines, and trial schedules Communicate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel professionally and promptly Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and witness materials Perform basic legal and factual research as directed by attorneys Draft and proofread routine legal documents, letters, and summaries Collaborate with internal teams in a tech-forward, fast-paced environment Litigation support Drafting pleadings and motions Electronic court filing (e-filing) Discovery coordination Document management Legal research Calendar and docket management Client communication Microsoft Office Suite Case management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Paralegal certificate preferred Notary Public a plus Experience with state and federal e-filing systems5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
